Account & Data Deletion Request
Overview
You can request the deletion of your Disbux account and associated personal data at any time. This process is designed to protect your identity and ensure that only the account owner can request deletion. This action is irreversible.
Important Notes
Account deletion cannot be undone. Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn before requesting
deletion. If you have further questions about account deletion or data privacy, please refer to our data privacy policy page
How the Deletion Process Works
- 1 - Submit your registered email address using the form below
- 2 - We will send a deletion link to your email to verify ownership of the account
- 3 - click on the link to confirm your deletion request.
- 4 - Once confirmed, your account and eligible data will be permanently deleted
- 5 - You will receive a final confirmation when the deletion is completed
Data That Will Be Deleted
Once your deletion request is confirmed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:- -- User account profile information
- -- Login credentials
- -- Wallet and in-app balance records
- -- Transactional activity associated with your account
- -- Any other personal data linked to your account
Data That May Be Retained
For legal, regulatory, and compliance reasons, certain records may be retained for a limited period, including:- i - Transaction records required by law
- ii - Records necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance
These retained records are: stored securely, not used for marketing or analytics, deleted automatically once
the legal retention period expires
